Meet Coach Damon Parker

Energizing. educating. motivating.

Damon Parker is a speaker, teacher, and coach who is changing the world, one audience at a time. He and his family of four live in the heartland of America in beautiful Topeka, Kansas.

My story

I have been teaching and coaching in many different capacities for over 20 years. I have always enjoyed helping both groups and individuals get from where they are to where they want to be. I have been fortunate enough to learn from the best in the business along the way, from Hall of Fame coaches to award-winning teachers. The value I have gained from them has enabled me to be the recipient of numerous awards and levels of recognition from many different educational and coaching organizations.

Now it is my mission to pay it forward and use my expertise to change the world, one audience at a time.

I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to give hundreds of presentations to diverse audiences of all sizes. I’ve spoken to small groups of individuals, large auditoriums, and everything in between.  I generally speak to corporations, associations, and the education sector (both high school and college).

I am enormously grateful for my life. I have the opportunity to change many lives at once on stage, change the lives of individuals through teaching and coaching, and be a part of the lives of my beautiful wife Lindsay and our twin children, Doak and Corinne.

I hustle, I grind, and I find a way to help you and the people you cherish reach the next level of success, because your growth is my #1 priority.

Awards:

  • “It takes a village, and this man right here is the epitome of what any parents would be so lucky to leave our sons or daughters with for 40 hours + a week…This man shows his passion for our children everyday. To hear him talk about your kids as if they were one his own speaks on so many levels. We as parents try to lead them and have them take responsibility for themselves, and he takes that and emphasizes it that much more. He makes our kids find a way to believe in themselves. He builds confidence and structure, helping us turn boys into men.”

  • Damon Parker is about to begin his ninth season as head coach at Washburn Rural High School.
